As I mentioned earlier, the chronological order of the Street Fighter universe starts with Street Fighter 1, followed by Alpha, then 2. After that, the series jumps to Street Fighter IV and concludes the Shadaloo Saga with the fifth entry, Street Fighter V. Then, the timeline goes back to Street Fighter 3, and finally wraps up the franchise with Street Fighter 6, which covers the current events.

Street Fighter Lore – Part 3: Street Fighter II
Street Fighter 2 is one of the most iconic games of all time, dominating arcades in the 1990s and shaping the fighting genre as we know it today. The events of SF2 occur in 1991, two years after Alpha 3. Bison now has a leaner body and organizes the second World Tournament to entice Ryu to use his body as a host.
